I have been working at Accenture full-time (more than an year)

Great Organization with great processes (tries to evolve to correct any drawbacks)
Smart colleagues, who are good at collaborating
    Good Compensation and benefits
Lot of opportunities for professional growth - classroom and online training at all levels, promotion - employee is responsible to taking charge of his/her career

Travel as part of consulting can be a dampener for work-life balance (depending on client/industry, you might end up making cross-country travel every week) - Organization is trying to address this concern by trying to win business locally (and approve transfer of resources to only those cities which has reasonable pipeline of work anticipated)
For experienced hires, it is difficult to get staffed into ACN-managed projects due to minimal work-experience with ACN-specific (terminologies and) processes (majority of the processes are derived from industry-standard processes - so the induction-training helps to understand these - but some of the employees/mgrs/Sr mgrs, who grew up in ACN, perceive the training not good enough exposure to be considered for the roles (especially for the first assignment))
It is a large organization and the processes can make it seem bureaucratic - compared to some of the other smaller, nimble consulting companies, the level of employee-empowerment will be limited
