Former Employee - Analyst in Seoul (South Korea)

I worked at Accenture full-time (more than an year)

I'd worked for Accenture(Seoul office) for about 2 years and it was good opportunity to learn how to manage myself in fast-paced environment

    - Various experiences
    - Growing oneself by overcoming challenges
    - How to learn fast something brand new

The firm needs to focus on 'Consulting' to differentiate itself from local IT service companies. Also it needs to care for employees in perspective of work and life balance. The reward is really NOT enough compared to working hours.

     - No work & life balance
     - Too political and hierarchical organization
     - Not consulting firm any more (No consulting career)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Nothing to say - Management level is not likely to hear any suggestion or complain from junior level

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
