I have been working at Access Insurance Company

Time off: Average. 401 K: Average matching but limited funds and high expense loads. Humor: Basic employees are able to laugh amongst themselves at the hubris and ineptitude of the owners and the ineptitude of the upper management that they hired. Salary: You will develop a servant's attitude given the low pay relative to what is delivered.

Office Culture: Departments in the company are siloed with virtually no collaboration. Departments typically subvert each other when possible through duplicated work product, copying, passive infighting, obstruction, obfuscation, lack of communication, and material events or new information hidden and purposefully not communicated. Leadership: "Do as I say, not as I do" style with department heads following the example set by the ownership. Salary: Much less than average for the work that is produced. Bonuses: Always promised but usually not paid.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The Golden Rule would be a good start. Then the understanding that pride and hubris blind one to being able to improve.
