I have been working at Accredo Health full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

5 Day work week, unless your on call then you work late shift, the entire weekend then straight through till the end of the next week.

    Closed Door Pharmacy

    Cons

Managers rely heavily on favoritism, only promote either their long time friends or colleagues, and are not open to bringing in fresh talent from outside of these ranks. Upper management has been there since the early 90's and ignore the staffing needs of those underneath of them consistently restricting the amount of pharmacists that are brought on when volume of work is well over the necessary thresholds.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Fire the top and bring in fresh talent for the middle and lower positions as the culture is tainted through and through.
