I have been working at Accredo Health full-time (more than 3 years)

They promote within, great supervisor team. Newly hired people start off at decent pay now.

So much stress. Pay is not competitive, people who have been there for several yrs make less than newly hired people.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You need to take some of the work load off the supervisors, you take things away that only took a few minutes to do but replaced with several things that take a lot more time. You are about to lose some really good supervisors. Completely unprofessional senior supervisor in the indy call center, immaculate, inappropriate behavior & wants to be the "cool" boss, it gets old hearing her say that she used to be a stripper & was married to a black man so she isn't racist. Actually do a focus group that isn't hand picked... you may get some honest feed back, not something that was coerced or coached! Yes that happens there!
