    Pros

    Accruent is a fast growing, exciting and fun place to work. Having worked here over 3 years I've seen a ton of change - most of it good and definitely with the best of intentions to be a great company in all regards. Over the past 1+ years it has gotten stronger in terms of Talent Management, Benefits (yea 401K plan, healthcare choices and Talent Management strategy!!) and overall strategic focus, vision, execution and discipline. Not without it's challenges, but what fast growing tech company doesn't have those exciting opportunities?

    Cons

    There is a small base of entitled whiners, most of which you can see posting untrue claims on Glassdoor. Those people are typically under-performing Values misfits and are too afraid to speak their minds in the many public opportunities to do so, that don't get involved to make things better, but whine and complain and bring everyone around them down. I wish they would put half the time and energy they spend complaining into real work that we need to do and would make us (and them) better. This is true for any company - there is a bottom 5-10% that are prevalent that are a drain on the culture.....if they are so unhappy I'd like to suggest they just leave and go find something better to do or complain somewhere else to do. We have a company with a bright future to build!!

    The only other cons are related to the growth of the company and finding great people to fill the key positions we need to build and sell great products and deliver great results for our customers.

    Advice to Management

    Keep doing what you've been doing: Talent strategy, focus on the basics, meritocracy to reward those that truly get it, get involved and drive results, focus on the customer and what makes them successful...and to my points in the Cons section - please find and get rid of the whiners and complainers and replace them with great people to work with, around and for in our company.
