I worked at Accudata Systems, Inc. full-time

The company has very talented people. And the technical people are awesome. However the sales teams both pre-sales engineers and sales people really don't care how the post sales people are. And their technical presales engineers think they are the end all be all.

If you do not agree with a sales team they will make it difficult for you. I was let go on the last day of a quarter. which fell on the last day of the month. I was told that the company was going in a different direction. And I was not headed in that direction. However when the HR department called me I was told that I would be paid through x day however my benefits would end at the end of the month. That statement was followed by.... And the end of the month is today. When I filed unemployment they fought it and lost, the state of Texas determined that it was a wrongful termination. And I had to fight with them every month about my cobra. I paid when I was supposed to and they still let it get turned off. I had to get a lawyer to get that straightened out.

    Advice to Management

You need to treat your people right and stop acting like you care when you don't.
