    I worked at AchieveGlobal full-time (more than 10 years)


    The people that have hung in there despite the current acquisition and future vision


    There is no future vision that encompasses all the organization had to offer
    Sam Reece -soon to be ex-CEO
    Executive Leadership Team who is clueless to what they purchased in the current acquisition
    Marketing is not effective and has confused the marketplace with launching a brand prior to merging the organizations
    HR is a joke! Providence Equity HR, and MHI Global HR have no interaction with their customers (the employees)
    Communication is non-existent. 95% of the organization has no understanding of the vision/mission of MHI Global and how they will incorporate all the IP and talent from the other organizations. Miller Heiman is in driving the bus...right off a cliff.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    I worked at AchieveGlobal for over 10+ years. Congratulations on making the change at the top and getting rid of Sam Reece. I question your decision of putting the Chief Sales Officer in charge of the organization when he never truly built an understanding/camaraderie of all those that work with clients. He manages from afar and by spreadsheet. This is an industry built on human interaction and intelligence.
