    I worked at Acosta

    Pros

    - Good mileage compensation
    - Competitive pay
    - They'll pay for your hotel if you travel far enough

    Cons

    - Took me over a month between getting hired and getting in to training.
    - The employee website is very poorly designed.
    - I ended up being assigned to a completely different territory than the one I was applied to -- all the way to the other side of the state where the Northern California border is! And they knew I was a student, too.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    I had to jump through hoops just to get a straight answer as to when and where I would start working, as nobody seemed to be communicating with each other. The fact that I ended up being assigned to a territory on the other end of the state despite my application being for a specific area is very terrible and unprofessional.
