    Pros

Marketing co-workers smart, friendly, believe in teamwork.
Access to all sorts of really useful and important data, including a lot that competitors don't have access to.
Flexibility, work from home or office is possible

    Cons

    Company is very hierarchical
Pay isn't the greatest, small or no bonuses

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Slow down FS acquisition, focus on keeping core business healthy
Big goals are fine, but if they end up causing layoffs in the end ('cause you missed your targets) you might want to consider scaling back a bit
