    I worked at Acosta part-time (more than an year)


    Freedom to make own schedule. Work individually. You travel to different stores every 3-4 months, which gives you some differentiation. Hourly pay is fair. Company provides vacation pay for part timers.


    Company has a tendency to cut hours near the holidays, which is a critical time for most. Since reps don't have an actual building to go to for meetings, training, etc, everything is done through the internet and phone. A reps stores are not determined by them and can be far from home. Company pays for mileage but Atlanta traffic can cause one to quickly run through gas in a work week.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Try to standardize everything since employees have a tendency to change procedures as the train new reps.
