    Pros

    DAILY SNACKS TO DISTRACT FROM THE HUNGRY GROWL IN YOUR STOMACH, RESULTING FROM THIS EXTREMELY LOW PAYING JOB.

    Cons

    The leadership on the Constellation team, is awful, at bes, including all tiers and supportt. Important information was held back purposely, almost to the point of being misleading for certain direct questions that affected the job. Their process is also very slow and outdated causing a severe issues when servicing customers. The company as a whole is ok, for young white college aged men, who dont have a lot of sales experience and want a chance. There is no room for growth, the best option is being moved around to different accounts to see if you fit on those teams. This option is not available to some as it is others. Don't work here, if you have any type of sales experience and want to make real commissions and want honest management, who is experienced with your product and service offering.
    It is clear, management will look out for its own. This will more than likely never change. My advise, be aware what is happening on individual teams and address it. Don't pretend that things are fine, with the attitude of just keep selling. Im sure mangement and the partners had no idea, the entry system for Constellation didnt work for a great deal of time, the product was over-valued and price gauging was occurring, while they remained completely aloof.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Know when to severe relationships with accounts who are not a fit. Treat all demographics types the same, and don't avoid certain demographics while in the office. Its very noticeable, the fake smiles and high fives. Be forthright with information that affects the sales reps.
