I have been working at Acronis full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Really bright and smart people. Many talented folks that are fighting to restore this company to its former glory. Company had wild success for years and still has the potential to do so,

    Cons

Ownership is disruptive and meddling, destroying morale and culture. Lack of direction, strategy and restraint has lead to disorganization, miscommunication and staleness in a market that is rapidly getting away from the company. Many good employees have left for greener pastures. The company takes too many unwanted employees from flashy big companies. Poor investments in executive management (past and presently).

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Treat your employees as assets and not expendable commodities. Listen to your employees and empower employees to effect change.
