I worked at ActionLink part-time (less than an year)

Working on your own , decent product training if you are working the right vendor who funds the training, The team managers I had were fairly responsive. Pay ordinary in scale.

This job involves installing displays and i cant tell you how many times the wrong display was sent to a store. Displays dont fit in the allocated space, or the store does not sell the product that the display is supposed to promote. Store managers of the chain stores could care less about your deadlines and what you need in order to setup and finish. Company makes deadline demands like you are a full time employee which frequently dont mix with your other commitments.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Better planning that includes awareness of store size and store product offerings. Remember people who do this job are doing it on a part time basis. I advise more full time opportunities which would gain more employee buy in , and allow employees to gain experience as there would be less staff turnover

    Neutral Outlook
