    I have been working at ActivIdentity full-time (more than 3 years)


    laid back environment, overall great people who work there with the exception of management, good learning experience, innovative products


    no measures of accountability, lack of leadership and communication from management team, management badmouthing employees and blaming them for companywide problems, hard workers do not get awarded, products and processes are not well managed, owned by parent company who has no understanding of software business

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Management needs to step up and address issues instead of blaming individuals for companywide problems. Need to focus on helping parent company understand the business so better decisions can be made. Need better HR department to manage talent management and acquisition. Need to get rid of old-timers who are too stubborn to change and adapt and dragging the company down.
