Amazing co-workers & great insurance plan. The ACTIVEx exercise program was wonderful...
Sales staff are required to make 50 outbound calls daily with inadequate CRM tools and a plethora of customer service issues. Upper management is clueless and middle management is doing whatever it takes to save their job. Work life balance is gone in Broomfield, CO. Unethical behavior on the sales teams.
Advice to Management
Collaborate instead of dictate. Fix the product and stop adding features you want to see. Listen to the customer before they leave along with your employees.
