    I have been working at ActiveHealth Management full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    possible to work from home, the work itself if not difficult, great co-workers

    Cons

    Lots of promises that will not be kept. Atmosphere of fear. The Aetna Way is touted but never gets beyond words on paper. Work Force Management will be spying on your bathroom time and you will be penalized for taking too long. Salaries and benefits are nothing to shout about. Management spends a lot of time in meetings but are ineffectual at best. Work process that is duplicative and time consuming. Quantity of calls is revered over quality. No room for advancement if you were foolish enough to consider it.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Retention of employees should be meaningful as well as recognizing and valuing good staff. Ethics - could you get some? Have some idea of the work process that your employees are doing - how can you manage a job that you have no idea how to do?
