I have been working at Acumen full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

flexible work schedule, good SAS training

    Cons

unclear promotion and merit-based decisions, which varies team by team. many times, there is a pheonmenon that - ppl with best qualifications are promoted the least.

the majority of new hires are undergraduates (though many of them are very smart), which limit the depth of their research to go, or the direction they went was completely wrong (regardless how delicate their process looks like).

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hire more advanced degree graduates with solid training.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
