Former Employee - Anonymous Employee in New York, NY

I worked at Acxiom full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Freebies, office culture is on the laid back side of things, there's great benefits and tons of vacation time, and easy commute to the office.

    Cons

Very very very poor leadership with upper management, and it is easy to become over-looked in a supportive role.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take some time out to work with EVERYONE on your team. not just account directors and account managers.
