    I have been working at AdHarmonics full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    AdHarmonics employs the best and brightest people, all of whom are committed to making the company successful. Management offers excellent benefits and superb perks (free lunch, fully-paid health benefits, free parking, and company outings). The company has a young, relaxed vibe that matches it entrepreneurial culture.

    Cons

    As the company gets larger, management will need to make sure to take steps to minimize potential growing pains.
