I have been working at Adecco USA as a contractor (more than an year)

It is a job in a small town with a bad economy. Some of the office staff are friendly and try to be helpful.

I've been on the same assignment for over 2 years with no change in pay. Bonus is tied to perfect attendence every 30 days, however that includes coming back from lunch on time and at my assignment lunches are arbitrary. Before you can even apply for another assignment you have to quit your current one; with no guarantee on getting the second one. For all practical purposes there are no benefits. At my current assignment employees are temps for 3-4 years before being hired. Some coworkers get put on probation even after a year or two because they missed too many days; I've heard even approved time off is counted against you.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Give long term temps regular raises and some benefits like paid time off and paid holidays.
