I have been working at Adecco USA full-time (more than a year)

To be honest, I do not think I have anything positive to say about this company. Ultimately, if you chose to accept employment as a contractor you ave to understand what you are actually signing up for.

There was a lack of transparency and honesty when it came to assignment. I even had to fight them to receive an official offer letter. Contract work is not career work, so make sure you have a plan and reason for deciding to work as a temp.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be up front and honest about the assignments. Your employees are people and your actions have a huge impact on their lives. I understand as a temp agency you have to do a tough balancing act between your employees and the company's who use your services and transparency is not always easy or possible, but in my eyes honesty is mandatory.
