    Pros

    * very smart tech group/team members
    * "unlimited" PTO
    * free lunch 2x/week
    * competitive pay
    * interesting work for developers

    Cons

    * long hours; if you prove to be a good employee, they'll get every last second of work they can from you, expecting work on nights and weekends from those at the bottom to the top (aka, not family friendly)
    * if revenue takes a dip, expect knee-jerk reactions that will cause everyone to run around in a panic for a few weeks to try to fix something with a project that is either unrelated, or not completely on the up and up
    * expect regular change in priority, as a tech person or Account Manager, this could happen on a daily basis

    Advice to Management

    FOCUS, there are a lot of great products, and even better people at the company; however there are a lot of management practices causing those great employees to burn out. If we can focus on the long term goal, and not just the quick wins, we're more apt to have happier employees and a better business overall.
