    I worked at Adknowledge full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    Co liked to hire good looking girls, evident in that one of the directors married his office manager whom reported to him. Occasional paid lunches.

    Cons

    Commonly commission was changed quarterly.."Cheese was moved regularly" , CEO was pompous and cold. Took a 70 million $ payout and brought in euro ceo to clean up his mess. Salary increases unheard of , even with stellar performance and Revenue increases. KC and most technology stack hidden from sales team for fear of competition

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Advance candidates from within.. do not play favorites and at least pretend you appreciate those that made you the fortunes specifically I direct that to the Chairman and President of the Co. Stock Options are a foreign concept, toxic place to work!!
