    Pros

Great benefits, great perks, such as company cell phone, expense card, employee lunches, free drinks and snacks, reimbursement for not driving to work, reimbursement for athletic memberships such as yearly gym pass.

    Cons

Very unorganized at the top. In acquiring so many companies with complimentary products to the core creative suites, they have not merged sales forces. You are constantly stepping all over everyones toes and pissing co-workers as well as clients off.

    Advice to Management

Major restructuring and reorganization needs to take place. You can't have 5 sales reps all trying to contact the same company with 10 different products.
