    I worked at Advantage Resourcing full-time (Less than a year)


    pay rate wasn't terrible when I worked there. Minimum wage was aroung 6.25 and I think they paid a couple of dollars above that.


    Very messy no respect for fellow co workers on calls w/ customers irresponsible management very hostile work environment unattainable sales quota also not informing reps that they are calling some customers 20+ times a day and even after 8pm.

    Advice to Management

    care more about the workplace your reps are in and they may just be more excited to make sales.
