    Pro-client not Pro-employee do not work here!!! they are sued a lot for employment issues.

    They do not protect their employees in regards to the manner that their clients treat their employees. Because the client pays the bills, management really don't care and expect you to deal with it. Health insurance is expensive. Most employees are part-time and are not full-time. They lay off a lot of people and think that if you pay the unemployment, their protected, but the truth is they fire a lot of people without cause and some of the reasons are because of age discrimination, or a violation of personal privacy because clients are nosy and they expect the company to fire people whenever they want. Most people are not there more than 1 year. If they are longer, it's because their probably working in a main office where they do not need to be in the field.

    They have a retention policy with email where everything is deleted after 15 days. Wow, really? Why do they have to be deleted? Because their sued often and do not want a paper trail or electronic trail of how employees document their employment issues. HR is very anti-employee. The email policy was a red flag and I only heard about it after 30 days when I was looking for an email and it was automatically deleted. If you are afraid to retain your emails, then obviously there is something wrong with your company.

    I asked about the email policy and was told confidentially that they are sued quite often.

    If you work in the field, they expect you to work more then 40 hours when you are traveling which will happen often when you miss a flight or flights are delayed and you are not paid for that. That is what happens when your an exempt employee. Also, employee orientation is not done by HR, but the department or division you are working in which is what most companies do not do. This means they do not cover all the fine print you see in the employee handbook.

    Another red flag is when you log into the company intranet, the very top link you see on the left side of the screen is a link to report on other employees for improper activities. What does that tell you about the company's culture?

    You reap the seeds you sow. Unfortunately, weeds only beget weeds. You need to be more employee centric and not just client centric. Your tuition reimbursement is a joke. The whole department has $25000 and if the fund is maximized, there is nothing left. Really? A billion dollar company or recently purchased for a few billion and that's all the tuition reimbursement you have? I think the collective equity capital companies that purchased ASM needs to actually see with their own eyes how their divisions are being managed.
