    I have been working at Advantage Sales and Marketing part-time (less than an year)

    Pros

    Very awesome online training that they pay you for at home. Fast interview. Great customer service through 1-800 number. Very nice website.

    Cons

    Been over a month since I completed all the new hire paperwork and all my training. I still have yet to get scheduled for in the field training. Horrible communication, if you email someone it takes over a week to get a response. I am so disappointed because I was so eager to begin!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Quit hiring so many people if you aren't actually going to schedule them! It seems like such a waste of the employee and the company's time, money and resources. Actually respond to people, if there are no jobs then tell them that, don't have them wasting their time waiting to work that will never happen
