    Pros

    Always something different, never boring.

    Cons

    Traveling all over having to deal with unfamiliar stores, poor communication with company, no organization, constant schedule changes at last minute, either adding on suddenly or taking away a day/s. No advancement opportunities, no raises for most and favoritism is shown. It's not what you know, but who know that gets for advancement. High turnover all the time of associates. Non adequate kitchen tools to do the job right or poor cheap ones, not professional.

    Advice to Management

    Acknowledge those who do well. Allow associates to Network and help each other out. Give enough work to keep associates from quitting. Reward those longstanding associates with more hours first instead of giving them to new associates. Many associates have left because of this. Have the proper tools to do the job the right and professional way. Don't cut corners by buying cheap supplies. It costs more in the long run to replace them more often. It takes money to make money.
