    Pros

    My manager was very supportive in helping me do my job better. Quick to respond on sensitive matters.Always their for advice

    Cons

    Don't just promote people just because some one may have one higher degree but are oblivious about everything. Also take too much time in understanding everything. Please try to retain good employees by giving every one a shot.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Notice good employees when they are working rather wait till them to leave to offer them what they wanted all this time. look in more details before hiring anyone versus hiring someone with long time past experience.
