Former Employee - Field Installer in Austin, TX

I worked at Advantor Systems full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Enjoyed working with all of my fellow Co-workers.
George Miner, my Project Manager, was friendly and express his appreciation of my efforts.
My compensation and benefits were great.

    Cons

Working at a 100% travel job makes for a lonely life.
At times it seemed management failed to appreciate how demanding this type of work demands of a person.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Reconsider the value of your past employees that you had invested much in there training in Orlando and on the job.
