    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook

Exposure, speed in which work is turned around and communicated with leadership

Accuracy in data....especially data from Cerner. Benefits package, PTO accrual, lack of work life balance for some (mostly those not affiliated with SDA). Because it's affiliated with church and the circles of folks within, who ends up being hired, promoted, favored is quite obvious. James 2:2-4 speaks of favoring only certain ppl. Dangling a carrot in front of ppl is also quite wrong.

    Advice to Management

Be respectful of people's time, common sense consideration, be transparent, and focus on being a professional organization that folks want to stay at and be a part of.
