I have been working at Advocate Health Care part-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Very good benefits package, good tuition reimbursement program, some room for advancement within the company

    Cons

The management will work all employees for every drop of energy they can get without proper compensation. Because of the weight of the company name, they pay the very minimum and expect the very most from their employees. The management will consistently have you work your shift with a shortage of staff and will do nothing to rectify the situation. In addition to this, the managers will try bullying you to come in on your days off as if they are owed your time outside of work as well.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Make sure the individuals placed into these manager positions are qualified for the positions given to them. Listen to the complaints of your employees because they are the ones who help with your patients.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
