I've only been here for a few months, but so far, everything points to the company (a) genuinely caring about their residents and wanting to provide the best environment for them, and (b) genuinely caring for their employees. Recently, they started a lotto that gave away $50K to employees (one $35K winner, the rest are $1K winners). That is amazing! It's an innovative company. They're making great strides to educate and train their employees properly, and provide a pathway for transition to other positions or promotions. Also, I've never worked at a place with so many smiling faces. Most of the people I've encountered have been happy. I've actually talked to individuals who've been with the company for over 10 years (corporate people, people who work at the community, etc.) and they get teary-eyed because they love Aegis so much. Overall, it's a delightful company to work for and I'm happy to be here!

There is a LOT of work to do...and not enough hours in the day to do them. Luckily, people are generally understanding of time limitations, but if you're not good in a high-pressure, fast-paced work environment, this may be a bit challenging for you.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the great work in encouraging your employees to strive for the best!
