    Pros

    Pay rate is great.

    Cons

Recruiters are unaware of the companies policies for which we are assigned to. When I was hired they advised the company would make me a permanent employee after 3 months and we would have raises based on performance. in the beginning my checks weren't on time, and my direct deposit slip was misplaced, it took them 3 months to set up my direct deposit. I have been working over a year now and have never had a review/evaluation for a raise. I am still a contractor and various employees have been for years and are also under contract. My recruiter recently contacted me to inform my pay was going to reduce 60%! I am an exceptional worker, my contract doesn't expire for another 7 months. I think it is unfair that instead of giving a raise based on my performance they are penalizing my pay, due to not making profit. I tried to dispute this, unsuccessfully, since corporate determined this.

    Advice to Management

I suggest, during the hiring process to make sure you get detailed information in regards to the company you are assigned to and to review your contract carefully.
