    I worked at Aerotek full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    You get some great training here that you can use in your recruiting future. It is an established brand so there are always jobs to work on. Account Managers are typically supportive. There are many social events and you make some lifetime friendships.

    Cons

    The way they treat their recruiters is very extreme. As a fresh college grad, they can be very harsh and Red Zone meetings are so intense with threats that they could lose a million dollar account if you, as a new recruiter, don't fill a position in time. I also might add that it is AVERAGE for both employees and account managers to faint and/or have seizures during these stand up meetings due to the stress/pressure. If you don't have a great and tenured account manager, you may struggle because they "assign" you to their reqs as top priority so if those reqs end up falling through, it makes it near impossible to grow. Ask almost anyone else who as worked there and they will probably agree that the pay is very low, no work life balance, and it is a revolving door when it comes to recruiters.
