    I have been working at Aetna full-time (More than 8 years)


    Leadership, growth, visionary, progressive, focused on employees their growth, health and building a healthier world . Innovative, challenging and growth.


    There is a hard time to find work life balance, expectations are very high but they reward if met. Need more programs to provide future leaders exposure to other areas of the business.

    Advice to Management

    Communicate early and often, look at how 4/12 could help staff level employees have a better work life balance.
