    I worked at Aetna full-time (More than 5 years)


    It was a great place to work depending on the department but when they started creating this new department and did not do the research and did not provide adequate tools and resources it became a place that did not value their employees. You are set up for failure.


    Rigid, mayhem, train wreck, extremely stressful. Stay away for this Answer Team Consultant position. It's a call center environment just created and not organized at all. No coaching or help once you are place live on the phones.It is Chaotic (a state of complete confusion and disorder).

    Advice to Management

    Value your employees. Give fair treatment to ALL Employees. When creating new areas such as Answer Team Consultant, do the research and provide the proper tools and adequate hands on training for employees to be successful instead of setting them up for failure.
