    I worked at Aflac full-time (more than an year)


    Providing voluntary insurance can be of real help to certain people.
    Flexible hours.
    Can focus on pretty concentrated geographical areas.
    Name recognition.


    No salary.
    No support.
    Preys upon paycheck-to-paycheck employees.
    When I got the San Francisco Giants interested in AFLAC, upper management put forth no effort to help smooth out some details.

    100% commission with no ramp-up support will not attract any real talent
