I have been working at Afni

    Pros

The money was not bad at all. Entry level started between 11-13 dollars per hour. You will get close with the people on your team, which at times is the only thing keeping you sane.

    Cons

The work is soul crushing. You will go home everyday in a bad mood. Supervisors provide no real guidance. Basically no room for promotion, internal applications simply get ignored.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Promote some of your best employees. Many people with degrees end up leaving the organization because they are locked into an entry level position.
