I worked at Agero (Sweden) full-time (more than 3 years)Pros
The only positive thing about Agero is that it provides you with a paycheck.Cons
Scheduling doesn't work to provide any seasoned employee with a set schedule, it's either a floating start time, or day off. Time off is not approved without paid time off either, even with 3 months advanced notice, so you better save those hours. I was denied time off by this "family owned" company, when I had to take time off for my own family.
The benefits take almost 1/4 off your salary per year, and you can't drop the benefits for an entire year (Medical or Dental).
Management and supervisors keep everything fair by favoring certain employees over others.
To save the company money they require you to take the calls as "fast as possible" and require you to provide excellent customer service. if you dont meet a certain call time, or do not meet customer service "excellence" there will be no bonus money for you.Advice to ManagementAdvice
Offer employees a set schedule especially after a year of employment.
Make sure HR ,Scheduling,Managers, and Supervisors are all on the same page because right now you aren't, and thats why your company is losing money. Stop pretending to act like everything is okay with how things are being run, because your not following your own policies, and providing exceptions for certain employees and not for others.Doesn't RecommendNeutral Outlook
