I have been working at Air Liquide (USA) full-time (More than 10 years)

Wide variety of duties which keeps it interesting.

Too many changes over the last couple of years all at once. No training with the new systems they are onboarding. Workload is too heavy. They need to hire more people to make things run more smoothly.

    Advice to Management

Get out in the field and sit with the worker bees and see how difficult you have made their jobs.
