Currentyl none. Current Senior Level executives place minimal value on employees and their well being.

The new owner, Transdigm Corporation, does not place any value on its people. It is simply interested in achieving exhorbitant margins. If they are not reached, and as they are unrealistic they could not possibly be maintained, their philosophy is to cut staff until they are reached.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Revisit your business model so as to have a chance to achive reasonable margins. If not sell the company to someone that values the employees that provide a critical product to the warfighter, as well as other major aerspace companies.
