The owners are cheap and have created ridiculous working conditions. Work here to move your career forward, great titles

I worked at AireSpring full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Good location, management is very generous with fancy titles.

    Cons

Owners are cheap, refuse to pay for employee parking on the on-site lot (forcing employees to find their own parking), many of the positions are extremely underpaid, customer service reps are required to have 3 phones on their desks with five lines they must answer. Daniel Lonstein (Chief Operations Officer and partial owner of company) can be very erratic in his behaviors and has massive mood swings, sometimes leading to horrible treatment of employees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Enlarge your customer service department and IT department. Warn people that you are going to be paid less than market but that you will compensate for this by giving them excellent job titles.
