    Pros

    Opportunity to make good money Lots of customers through acquisitions Flexibility Good commission structure only when things are going great

    Cons

    Lack of management support Different initiatives changing everyday Borderline price gouging customers through price increases Inconsistent pricing Too many management positions that have nothing to do with the bottom line Overall chaos.

    Advice to Management

    Upper management changes often. Who even knows who the Area President, AVP, DMs, Sales Managers, ABOCs are for each area.
