    Pros

    The work at Akamai is exciting, challenging and never dull. You feel like what you are doing is making a difference in a small way and we have a CEO who is truly amazing and who you can be proud to work for. The organisation is well compensated and in sales, where i work, they don't mess with the main rule of sales which is not to play around with people's compensation. The team is closely nee.

    Cons

    There is a definite culture of hard work at Akamai however it is for that reason people who join are usually those with a high work ethic, who expect success of themselves and those around them.

    Advice to Management

    Continue to invest in all areas around sales such as customer care, marketing and channel to fuel continued growth.
