    Pros

A great place to work. Benefits are above average. Off work every other Friday.

    Cons

Management doesn't support training unless it is a company sponsored training. They don't want to spend the money to further train their senior employes.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be more supportive of the senior employees and quit paying so much attention to the new hires and young employes. Realize that your senior employees are the backbone of the company and treat them as such.
