    Pros

    Good compensation and benefits, but money is only one part of the equation. You can move up if you play the game right and real skills and abilities are not encouraged.

    Cons

    Favoritism; a work culture that alienates minorities not from similar backgrounds; travelling schedule is not predictable and work life balance does not exist.

    Advice to Management

    Look after the needs of all members of your team, regardless of the color of their skin or their background culture.
