I worked at Allen Communication full-time for more than a year

Somehow in, spite of their leadership, they manage to do amazing work for their customers. This is largely due to the leadership on the instructional design side of the house who are really pretty amazing.

In my opinion, the worst CEO I have ever worked for. His behavior is abusive and counter productive to the success of the company. He is incapable of giving even minor credit to the employees who have helped build the company and even if you make every effort to leave on good terms he will belittle your contributions and slander you once you've left. This is an established pattern of behavior. I've honestly never experienced anything like it. Avoid at all cost.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Appreciate your employees and realize that slandering everyone that leaves your company is more of a negative reflection on you and your leadership than on the employees who contributed to your growth.
