    I have been working at Alliance Hospitality full-time (more than a year)


    unfortunately I am not able to find any pros ... being such a small company they could do so much but it seems that as it continues to downsize it spirals downwards


    Lack of communication, leadership, new technology, support
    Unwilling to invest in their employees, they do not promote training, or employee moral
    As it continues to downsize it continues to become less and less able to hold on to qualified personnel

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Learn to communicate. Learn to invest in your company and your employees, it will only benefit you in the long run. We are in the XXI century, update the technology you use. Provide better benefits to your employees. Show your employees that you care. Lead by example - if you don't care why would the rest of your team care?
