I have been working at Alliance Residential full-time (less than an year)

The community I work at is small and the team is small. Everyone gets along great. Company is big on training and learning. Great company gatherings and it feels like everyone is happy to work for it. Commissions can be a great payday.

Lots of turnover with both management and agents either through moving to another property or moving to other companies for higher pay which in turn causes residents to get nervous about the newer people.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Try and avoid loosing people by offering better pay bumps or raises. Other then that I feel they are doing great.
